CANMAKE Eyebrow Coat
CANMAKE Eyebrow Coat is a clear, waterproof topcoat resistant to water, sweat, and sebum that "seals" and protects your eyebrow makeup. The finish is matte, making it invisible when applied, and helps keep stray hairs in place as well.
Instructions: shake well before using. After applying eyebrow makeup, lightly apply one coat of Eyebrow Coat with the brush in a single stroke. Take care not to apply too much, and do not touch or rub eyebrows until the topcoat has dried. Do not use immediately after plucking or shaving eyebrows.
