Guarantee and Return Policy
We guarantee customer satisfication 100%. It is important for us that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases on Akinaiblog. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we will refund, replace or credit your purchases promptly.
Products may be returned and replaced if :
The products were damaged during the shipping.
The products have a guarantee from the maker.
The products differ from what the customer ordered.
The products were order made products and they differ from what the customer ordered.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for the totality of the returning shipping fees.

Be sure to include the invoice number inside and outside the returned package to ensure that the proper credit is issued to your account. If your purchase was made by credit card, the credit will automatically be issued to your credit card.

Shipping Information
Shipping Time
We ship our products internationally using the safe and fast EMS Japan Post service, it takes from 3 to 5 days to deliver in most countries of the world.
Once we receive an order for a product it may take 2 days to 1 week before receiving the product from our provider.
Order made products may require longer time before shipping.
Since we use the EMS Japan Post service for shipping, you can track your order with the EMS Tracking System. Your EMS tracking number will be sent to you after you placed your order.
Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments, and PayPal.
We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and JCB credit cards.
Out of Stock Items
In the event where a product becomes out of stock in the interval of the order from the customer and the time when we place the order to our provider, the credit card payment of our customer will be immediately canceled. A notice of out of stock will be sent to the customer and a further notice will be sent once the product has been re-stocked by our provider.
Currencies
Prices on Akinaiblog are displayed in Japanese Yens.
In order to save time for our users we also display the prices in US Dollars in a smaller font below the Japanese Yens prices on our products pages.
We update the the Japanese Yens to US Dollars rate every week.
In the event where the exchange rates should dramatically change, we will update our rates as soon as we notice the change.

Pricing Policy
At Akinaiblog, we are committed to offering the best possible prices to our customers.
Since we are using the safe and fast EMS Japan Post courier service for shipping our products however, there may be occasions where the prices on our site will be higher to account for the EMS shipping fees.
On Akinaiblog, we charge a flat shipping and handling fee based on the total amount of the order, which is automatically added at the checkout stage when customers pay for their order. When we make products available on our website, we calculate the product's weight and from that the amount that we will be charged by EMS. As such, the prices on our website already contain the majority of the EMS shipping fee and when our shipping and handling fee is added to the price listed on our website, the EMS shipping cost and all other associated costs are accounted for.
These additional costs include credit card merchant fees, logistics charges (obtaining products from our supplier, etc), purchasing packaging material such as boxes, and when we were incorrect with our estimated cost of shipping this additional charge helps to cover that cost.
For example, an item weighing 1.3kg (about 3 pounds including packing materials) will cost 3,200 Yen to ship to the USA via EMS. With a price under 10,000 Yen, we only charge 2,500 Yen for shipping, therefore we must adjust the price up at least 700 Yen just in order to cover the shipping cost. The appropriate additional costs are added to the price of each product. Lighter items may be priced near cost, since shipping 300g to the USA only costs 1,200 Yen.
Customs charges, import duties, or Value Added Tax (VAT) may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices, and the buyer is responsible for paying them.
